Position: Production Supervisor (Assembly)? Report to: Production Manager? Responsibilities：
A. Ensure that the products are made to the specific targets, e.g. quality / delivery etc.B. Monitor and analyze line performance downfall and come out with acceptable solutions.C. Ensure that the line operators understandLacoste Polo ShirtsLacoste Polo Shirts well their respective roles written in the MIS (Manufacturing Introduction System).D. Responsible for the raw material/module where applicable (Scope: number & level)E. Responsible for the scrap materials signoff and verificationF. Work with Cheap Lacoste Polo ShirtstheCheap Lacoste Polo Shirts material controller to monitor material supply status and timely respond to defective or sub-quality materials received.G. Responsible for skill improvement of operators and assigned related training, work out the coordination with other related departmentsH. Review line capacity and loading status with managers on a weekly basis and monitor for catch up plans where applicable.
I. Responsible for the operators (operators/group leaders) behaviors (5S/Discipline) and line performanceJ. Responsible for weekly performance review meeting with production managersK. Team leading and people management process implementationL. Act as the channel to improve the MIS and work scope of operators with Eng personnelM.
