Complete and get approved the estimated travel cost & man-hours by project manager and to meet project requirements & budge.
Proper read of the work order instruction sheet, incoterms, ITP, BOM, submitted production progress report, sub-contracted items non-priced PO and to make action plan.Liaise with supplier & sub-supplier for pre-visit items cross-check, which includes manufacture current progress report, requirements on document commitments, any open issues on commercial & designing & inventory & production & supplier quality aspects.
Conduct shop expediting and to meet with manufacturing manager & Engineering manager for general status of the raw materials & production progress and to conduct vendor facility visits to verify material status & any potential slippage & forecast delivery. Confirm and monitor production & fabrication process as per project ITP requirements. Phone call to material expeditor in Vancouver to briefly report about the shop expediting.
Compete and submit Flush report & shop expediting final report to Fluor Vancouver office with all details. Photos to be provided along with the report.Assist Material expeditor in material expediting if necessary. Overhead training which includes Lotus, KOL, POL, Fluor University, Etweb, Matman system all modules. Pro-active expediting training with practices to review PO( for RAS, SOP, INCOTERM, Sub-supplier, Sub- orders, Liquidation requirement, Manufacture schedule requirement, Payment terms ect), GA drawing, Witness point & Hold point, MPR, data sheet with all DC requirememts(GA drawing, ITP, WPS, QPS ect.) and to set up kick-off meeting, coordiate with all parties Buyer & PDDM & Engineering & Project Manager & Client ect, Shop Expeditor and make up EEL, slippage alert and recovery plan.Practices on forming sorts of reports per Project requirements, ie MSR with identifing types of Materials spec.( Valves, Pump, Pipes, Cables, Cranes ect).http://www.cardsharing.biz
